We are looking for a Community Operator to manage and maintain a positive, engaging, and well-moderated environment across our client’s Telegram groups and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Telegram’s functions and best practices for managing online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Community Platforms
• Oversee Telegram groups and other social spaces.
• Ensure a welcoming and engaging environment for all members.
Moderation & Support
• Monitor discussions and ensure community guidelines are upheld.
• Take appropriate action against rule violations, including removing disruptive users.
• Handle user concerns, reports, and inquiries professionally.
Engagement & Content
• Regularly post updates, announcements, and relevant content.
• Encourage discussions and foster member interactions.
• Arrange and facilitate community activities, such as Q&A sessions, polls, and contests.
Operations & Strategy
• Analyze engagement trends and provide recommendations for community growth.
• Assist in planning and executing online events.
• Continuously improve community processes to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in community management, preferably on Telegram. (MUST HAVE!)
• Strong understanding of Telegram’s functions, bots, and moderation tools. (MUST HAVE!)
• Excellent English communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Creative mindset for initiating engaging activities within the community.
Qualifications:
• Experience moderating large online communities.
• Knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track community performance.
