Job Description

The Paralegal is responsible in assisting and providing administrative and legal support to managing partners/legal counsels, which include but not limited to:

  • Preparing and maintaining affidavits and legal documents
  • Filing pleadings with courts, government agencies or quasi-court
  • Directing and coordinating law office activities, including delivery of subpoena and other legal documents
  • Preparing case summary report
  • Gathering and analyzing research data such as statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes and documents
  • Helping in drafting of pleadings, letters, and contracts
  • Coordinating and communicating with various government agencies (NLRC, DC,CA, Courts, BI, DOLE, BIR, etc.) achieving desired results and with clients
  • Managing the “Dear Atty.” blog
  • Attending Board Meetings and Minuting the meeting of the board
  • Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
