– At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the distribution or wholesale
industry.
– Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development. Exceptional
leadership, analytical, and management abilities.
– Superior communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Direct and supervise the merchandising team to maintain robust brand partnerships, ensure
healthy inventory levels, and develop a strong product portfolio.
– Oversee the sales team to guarantee the achievement of sales targets and foster high levels
of customer satisfaction.
– Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the
company.
– Collaborate with the executive leadership to determine and implement the company’s
strategic objectives.
– Set performance goals and metrics for teams and carry out regular performance monitoring.
– Identify and address any issues or disputes within and between teams.
– Cultivate a culture that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
– Lead initiatives related to the growth and expansion of the distribution business.
