Job Description
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating engaging and innovative visual content across various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, video production, and the latest AI platforms. This role requires proficiency in a range of multimedia tools and collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality work that aligns with the company’s, its clients’, and affiliates’ brand identities and objectives. This role will wear many hats within the marketing function, taking ownership of media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Responsibilities include implementing strategies, designing, writing copies, and executing or publishing content.
Work Hours:
This role requires working during Australian business hours or as may be required by the company, clients, or affiliates. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
Develop and produce animations, graphics, illustrations, and video content.
Create visual assets for marketing and digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms. - Collaboration:
Work closely with executives, designers, writers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas. - Tool Proficiency:
Utilise industry-standard software including:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Cinema 4D
Blender
Final Cut Pro
Unity (for interactive content)
End-to-End Media Platform Management:
Take ownership of media platforms from strategy development to execution.
Schedule posts, recommend written content, and publish across various channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Ensure the overall look and feel of media pages or channels align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Develop and execute a 6 to 12-month design with content plan to maintain a cohesive and attractive media presence.
Qualification
- 2-5 years of creative experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven track record in working on marketing/advertising campaigns and projects.
- Understanding and past experience in creating integrated creative content across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, videos, as well as offline and print (e.g., brochures).
- Demonstrates strong written communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in all design-related documentation and copy texts.
- Exhibits high attention to detail, consistently producing polished and accurate design work.
- Proven experience with concept development.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.

Director of Operations – Presentation Graphics and Design
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across multiple sites in the Philippines, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Oversee a large team of 500+ members, including designers, project managers, and support staff.Act as a people manager, focusing on team development, motivation, and performance management.
- Liaise with counterparts in India and the US to ensure global consistency and collaboration.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality presentation graphics and design services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet operational objectives.Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of operational performance and team outcomes.
- Be available post work hours to address any urgent operational issues or client needs.
Team Management:
- Conduct One-on-One discussions and provide feedback on development and ratings.
- Actively contribute to maintaining and increasing team satisfaction levels.Support ISO and Six Sigma projects to consistently improve process performance.
- Establish rapport with team members and across teams.Identify barriers to team functioning and discuss possible solutions with relevant parties.Implement succession planning for team members.
- Support team members in meeting deadlines.
Business Continuity Planning:
- Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure operations continue smoothly during disruptions.
- Create and maintain BCP reports and policies, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of BCP strategies to address emerging risks and operational challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effectiveness of BCP measures.
Service Level Management:
- Define, negotiate, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal teams and external clients.
- Monitor service performance and ensure that all SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Analyze service metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address service level deficiencies.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on service expectations.
Workflow Management:
- Manage and optimize workflow processes, ensuring efficient handling of large and complex volumes, SLAs, and data sets.
- Implement systems and processes to monitor and track workflow performance.
- Ensure that resources are effectively allocated to manage high volumes and complex data requirements.
- Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in a creative or design environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of managing and motivating large teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of design team structures and best practices for creative operations.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
